Backed by a&nbsp;<strong>$1 billion<\/strong>&nbsp;investment, the new entity will emerge from a strategic restructuring of Solidigm to focus on high-performance AI data center solutions and local partnerships.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The timing couldn&#8217;t be better. SK hynix has reportedly captured nearly&nbsp;<strong>70%<\/strong>&nbsp;of NVIDIA&#8217;s HBM4 orders for its upcoming &#8220;Rubin&#8221; platform&nbsp;<strong>\u2014<\/strong>&nbsp;shattering previous market expectations. While competitors like Samsung are fighting back with unique 4nm processes and early delivery claims, SK hynix&#8217;s massive lead in production yields and its tight-knit bond with NVIDIA keep it firmly in the driver&#8217;s seat.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the industry pivots from pure specs to reliable mass production, AI Co. represents SK hynix&#8217;s move beyond just &#8220;selling chips.&#8221; It is a bid to become the backbone of the entire&nbsp;<strong>AI<\/strong>&nbsp;infrastructure.
